April Fools Campaigns We Loved

Let us be the first to say that there are a few April Fools campaigns over the years that we thought ruined us on the concept of April Fools' Day as a whole. But this year, there were lots of clever campaigns to celebrate.

In this blog, we are breaking down a few of our favorites and why we think they are great examples of a strategized marketing campaign.

@Hummkombucha

Who doesn't love spoiling their pet? This campaign was playful and a great play on probiotics that are all the rage right now...or should we say, paw-biotics!

@therealgushers x @glowrecipe

We're big fans of Glow Recipe, and iykyk their products give you the best glow! But this collab was such a great way to mix in the Nogoslic Gusher brand and make a fun play on the gusher-glow!

@batiste_us x @ohsnappickles

Pickle-anything is always a fun play on an April Fools campaign. But pickle dry shampoo? Yeah, we knew it was too good to be true…

@zabs x @lemonperfect

Hot honey and lemon? The perfect mix for this April Fools campaign that actually had our mouths watering. This was a strategic campaign because they could capture each other’s foodie audiences without actually collabing on a product that might be a difficult pairing!

@sweetlorens

If you know Sweet Loren's, then you know their products are everything! We would totally buy these glittery cookies, if they weren’t a part of an April Fools campaign. We love how creative they got with this one!

@glowbar x @bondvetclinic

Another puppy-focused campaign, heck yes! Glowbar and Bond Vet Clinic came together for a great self-care day inspired for pups.
