Outbound Engagement

Outbound engagement involves reaching out to your audience. Outbound engagement is how you can get your brand seen. It's all about makign the first move with your audience, so they can learn more about you.

Here are examples of outbound engagement:

  • commenting on your audience's post

  • swiping up on their stories

  • starting a conversation in the DMs

  • commenting on another business' page

Here are tips and tactics you can implement when it comes to inbound engagement:

  • Be genuine! Don't be spammy and try to promote something in the comments.

  • Add to the conversation and ask questions.

  • Interact with other brands and businesses with a similar audience.
