  3. Outbound engage with accounts per the client's engagement strategy

  4. Post any manual stories, Reels, or other content

  5. Ensure all scheduled posts are posted correctly

  6. Check communication channels with the client to ensure needs are met for the day

Weekly Social Media Client Management Checklist

  1. Check weekly insights to see how content is performing

  2. Prepare any upcoming content for the next week

  3. Communicate any updates or progress on action items to the client or team.

Monthly Social Media Client Management Checklist

  1. Send the next month's invoice

  2. Batch content for the next month

  3. Prepare and send monthly analytics report

  4. Hold a monthly meeting to recap previous results and strategize for the upcoming month

  5. Note: Keep accurate notes of your client meetings to keep both parties accountable and actionable, so you can always reference back.
