How To Get The Most Out Of A Facebook Group

We have absolutely no shame when it comes to bragging about our Facebook Group, Social Savvy Collective 📲✨ A Community for Social Media Managers! We have so many amazing members that add value, discuss, troubleshoot, and learn in this group, we feel like a proud SMM mom over here 🥺

Of course with all the new members and growth in this group, we want to be sure that everyone is getting the value they came to this group searching for, so we created a quick list to help you get the most out of this powerful Facebook community!

1.) Ask Questions

We LOVE to help in any way we can in our Facebook Group. Don't hesitate to ask questions! No question is a dumb question, especially when it comes to social media management. Social media can be difficult - there are tech issues, tricky situations, and let's not forget that just about every "guru" account skips over the basics! Our group is a no-judgment zone when it comes to any type of social media management, marketing, or business-building question. Ask away, sis!

2.) Answer Questions!

You'll never know how much impact even the smallest answer or insight can provide on a person. We always do our best to answer questions, but it ALWAYS helps to hear from other perspectives. As we know, there is no one answer, solution, or opinion when it comes to most topics on socials. We love to see SMMs working together to better themselves and following the community over competition mood👏

3.) Let's Talk About Selling

We love that you are excited to sell! But, we also want to consider whether this is the best place to sell. When we sell on socials, the #1 person we have in mind is our target customer! So, if they aren't in this group, neither should our sales effort be!

Let's also talk about HOW we sell. I wish it was as easy as listing out our services/offers/products. But, we need to think more about how our offer benefits our target client, rather than the actual offer itself. How will your social media management services make a positive impact on them and their brand?

4.) Network

Building a solid network in any industry will only become a huge plus! Strike up a conversation, start a thread, or even drop your Instagram handle to get to know each other better. We hope you find your SMM BFFs in this group for sure!

5.) Provide Feedback

If there is a topic, question, or concern you would like us to cover, let us know! We are always happy to take suggestions and hear about what kind of content you'd like to see more of. We want you to love this group as much as we do 💗

We'll see you back in the group!
